My Muse Project

Today I did something different.

After I did a little Zentangle... using curvilinear geometric patterns...

3.5" x 3.5"
Then I did something from my "One Zentangle A Day" book but with a different twist. I looked at the wall unit in my bedroom and decided I would "tangle" it.

You can't see it but... there's a poster with squares and circles in it to the far left, a tapestry with hearts and long shapes and some plants (bamboo and a fern) to the far right.

I used the owl mask and also the stained glass in the window. Then I chose the feathers off the top shelf, the sun candle holder and the bomboniers from our wedding.

Then the first set of shelves is the centre of our Yantra, the diamonds from my bracelet, the ends of the wands and then family photos.

The next shelves are the rings from our wedding book, the ribbon from my bridal bouquet, the weave of the box of art supplies and finally the little black and silver box I received from a friend recently.

You can't see all the lovely little effects that I did but I'm really happy with how this turned out. I plan on framing it and taking it with me to my CZT training in a few weeks. There's a table to share your work with the other students and so this and my serving trays are coming with me.

This was a super fun project.
